Velocity Fiber provides fiber optic infrastructure, splicing, testing, restoration, documentation, and related field services in Wyoming, Colorado, New Mexico, and Bend, Oregon. By requesting service, scheduling work, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these terms.
Estimates and scope
Quotes, estimates, or project notes provided by phone, email, website form, or other communication are good-faith approximations based on the information available. Final scope, timeline, and pricing may depend on site access, network conditions, materials, safety requirements, documentation needs, and customer-provided information.
Scheduling and access
We may confirm scheduling by phone, text, or email. Arrival windows and timelines are estimates and can shift due to weather, access, prior work, emergencies, material availability, or field conditions. Customers are responsible for providing safe, lawful access to the work area.
Customer responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing accurate project information, identifying hazards, securing permissions, granting access, and preserving any records or documentation needed for the work. We may pause or decline work if conditions are unsafe, inaccessible, or outside the agreed scope.
Payment
Payment terms may vary by project and will be confirmed before work begins or as part of a written agreement. For commercial, provider, or multi-site work, account terms may be arranged in advance.
Text-message communication
By providing your phone number through our website forms, by calling and consenting, or by texting us first, you agree to receive transactional service-related text messages from Velocity Fiber. Liability
Velocity Fiber uses reasonable care while performing services. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, concealed defects, inaccurate customer-provided information, unavailable access, or conditions outside the agreed scope. Any liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim unless a written agreement says otherwise.
